About // My Work // Contact

Be conspicuous. Why? Study after study shows visual media, from images to video, are getting higher engagement and information retention. Why tell when you could show? The power of a good photograph has been known for years, and is only becoming more and more true. Make your product stand out on the ever-expanding marketplace with bold photos that capture personality as well as purpose. Consider video testimonials alongside written ones, instructional videos about how to use your product instead of just a manual, or even a FAQ video to help potential clients learn more about you and your services. Scroll down to learn more about how you can use visual media to set yourself up for success.

I apply my varying media experiences to share the story of your business to potential and current clients, strengthening your presence in the online world.

Services Offered

Filming

This is pretty broad, but so is the world. Whether you are looking for a 30 second promotional piece, a client testimony, or a two hour lecture, we can work together to make that goal a reality. I have experience in short films, interviews, mini-documentaries, lectures/classes, and mood pieces. I handle pricing by the project, as the difference in workload between one and another is too great to provide a steady estimate. Please, contact me using the form above, and we can have a brainstorm meeting. After said meeting I will write up and send you a quote for the project(s) discussed.

This reel highlights testimonies and interviews that can give your company a more personable feel and draw in clients.

Product Photography

Wherever, whatever, whenever you are selling, good photos are going to set you apart. Whether you already have a shop theme and shot list or you can’t tell a lens cap from a tripod, I’ve got you covered. We can discuss in person or over email what it is you are looking for, and I will provide a quote and project outline following. Prices vary project to project as the hours, number of photos, location, post work, delivery method, and so on will vary person by person.

Social Media // Shop Creation

Never underestimate the power of the people. Do you have social media accounts linked to your business? If not, why not? If so, are they growing? My goal is not to take over your media production and charge you hundreds of dollars every month. Consider me your Social Media Architect; we will discuss what’s best for you, and I will help you get it built, but you are ultimately the one who has to live it out. It is so much more powerful that way! You know more about you and your business than I could ever convey on my own. However, I know getting accounts set up and linked and organized and customized is tricky, plus configuring a posting schedule and photo style and what on earth is SEO??? It’s all pretty daunting. However, like any college essay, the hardest part is often starting. Let’s get you on the media road to success. What’s first? Facebook, Instagram, Etsy? Let me know on the form above! The initial cost is $40 for a two-hour session and includes anything we can do in that timeframe, from setup to posting to scheduling and beyond! Follow up sessions would be priced according to the situation.

Graphics // Media Creation

If you came here from Instagram or Facebook you probably have noticed I like to draw and experiment. If you are looking for some graphic design posts for your social media, scroll no further! Integrating doodles, designs, patterns, text, graphics, hand-scripted lettering, characters, memes and so forth into your feed will give some diversity and can communicate information in new ways.  “According to Kissmetrics, photos get 53% more likes, 104% more comments and 84% more click-throughs on links than text-based posts.” That’s a lot more engagement. Remember, engagement leads to clicks, and website clicks lead to sales. Liven up that feed!

Contract Work

While technically there will be a contract in every situation, maybe you have multiple projects in mind. Perhaps you want to have a video testimony a month uploaded to your office website, or know you will have many product shoots in the near future, or have a handful of classes you need recorded over the coming semester. I’d love to give you the option to simply have me “on call” and ready to jump in at any time. This setup will involve a brainstorm meeting to cover the basics, and an estimated quote, but instead of one-and-done project and billing, I will simply invoice you at the end of every month for work completed. This saves both of us the hassle of multiple, independent contracts and invoices. The hourly rate could also save you money in the long run, as opposed to individual set prices per project. This option is reserved to be used at my discretion. If you do not have enough work over a given amount of time that I decide it is worth a long-term contract, you will be asked to participate on a per-project basis.

If you don’t see what you are looking for, please send me an email! I don’t have images or video of all my projects, so I may have done something similar in the past. Even if that is not the case, I love learning new things! (Bonus: I typically don’t charge for the research portion.)

Have we met?

Leaving a review? Please, let me know how the project went from your perspective! Unless you state clearly in your submission otherwise, I reserve the right to share feedback publicly, including your review, responses to multiple-choice, and your first name/last initial and/or shop/business/website name. Your email will not be disclosed.
